Nino is a Sicilian sculptor of around thirty, who works in an artisan studio of the past and runs to Mia's rescue. As their relationship grows, complicated by the arrival of Phil, Nino's brother, the film also focuses on other couples who, right in Sicily, try to sort out their love life and end up rediscovering themselves.
The protagonist, Mia, is played by Lilly Englert, known for her role in the television series Quantico and the 2019 remake of Little Women . Nino is played by Sicilian actor Francesco Leone and Phil by Italian actor Ivo Romagnoli, both known for roles in successful Italian series and independent films in France and the United States. The famous actors Claudia Gerini, Rocco Ancarola, Felix Maximilian, Tony Schiena, Fuschia Kate Sumner, Lee Levi, Nicoleta Nuca, Jerry Ying, Nunzio Bertolami and Marcia Sedoc complete the cast.
Sicilian Holiday is produced by Adam Leipzig, Michela Scolari, Ivo Romagnoli and Attilio de Razza.
